CAMP ATWATER 2012 REGISTRATION

Camp Atwater provides three sessions for boys and three sessions for girls.

BOYS' SEASON
June 24 - July 7 (2 weeks)
July 8 - July 21 (2 weeks)
June 24 - July 21 (4 weeks)

GIRLS' SEASON
July 22 - August 4 (2 weeks)
August 5 - August 18 (2 weeks)
July 22 - August 18 (4 weeks)

Camp Rates

2 Weeks - $1,750.00
4 Weeks - $3,500.00

(In addition to the $100.00 registration fee)
Additional Fees (Required) -- $250.00 (per 2 week session) includes:

Laundry Service (1 time/session)
Hut picture
Canteen
Field Trips (2/session)
Swimming Caps
Postage (for letters home)

2012 Discount Program

Premium Discount Program
(rates are good until January 30, 2012)

A $100.00 registration fee plus a 50% deposit of the camp tuition is required and must accompany your registration application. Payment must be made by certified check or money order payable to Camp Atwater. Payment may also be made by MasterCard or Visa. The balance must be paid by January 30, 2012 to qualify for this program. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Early Bird Discount Program
(rates are good until February 29, 2012)

A $100.00 registration fee plus a $300.00 deposit is required and must accompany your registration application. Payment must be made by certified check or money order payable to Camp Atwater. Payment may also be made by MasterCard or Visa. One half of the camper fee is payable upon receipt of acceptance. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to camp start date. Outstanding balances must be paid by the specified date in order to retain camper slots. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Sibling Discount Program
A 10% reduction will be given off each additional camper when two or more siblings are registered for the same camp year - if not participating in any other discount program.

The balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival at camp. A registration fee of $100 is required with each application; this fee is non-refundable. Payment must be by certified check or money order. Visa or MasterCard also accepted.

All camp fees are non-refundable for any reason other than illness, and the minimum stay for each camper is two weeks.

Payment Plans are available to families registering between November 2010 and February 2011 (who are not participating in Premium or Early Bird Discount Programs). Equal monthly installments can be arranged with the camp office. Balances must be paid by May 31, 2012. Please call for arrangements.

POLICY
1. We will not accept youngsters with chronic/health conditions which require specialized treatment and care, e.g. severe heart conditions, severe allergies, etc.
2. We will not accept campers with a history of serious behavioral or psychological problems.
3. Camper age range: 8 - 15 years. Physical examinations are required prior to arrival at camp. Failure to comply with physical examination requirement will bar admittance to camp.
