2017 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Camp Atwater provides one two week session for boys and one two week session for girls.

2017 DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

Premium Discount Program @ 20%

(rates are good until February 28, 2017)
A $175.00 registration fee plus a 50% deposit of the camp tuition is required and must accompany your registration application. The balance must be paid by February 28, 2017 to qualify for this program. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Early Bird Discount Program @ 15%

(rates are good until March 31, 2017 )
A $175.00 registration fee plus a $300.00 deposit is required and must accompany your registration application. One half of the camper fee is payable upon receipt of acceptance. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to camp start date. Outstanding balances must be paid by the specified date in order to retain camper slots. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Sibling Discount Program

A 10% reduction will be given off each additional camper when two or more siblings are registered for the same camp year – if not participating in any other discount program. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival at camp. A registration fee of $175 is required with each application; this fee is non-refundable. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Parent/Camper Discount Program

Recruit new campers and receive a rebate of your camp tuition. See the Camper & Parent Recruitment Discount Program Form for more information. (Cannot participate in any other discount program.)

Payment must be made by certified check or money order payable to Camp Atwater. Payment may also be made by MasterCard or Visa. All camp fees are non-refundable for any reason other than illness, and the minimum stay for each camper is two weeks.

POLICY

1.If you have a prospective camper who has any chronic health condition which requires specialized treatment or support, please inform us prior to enrollment so that we can discuss our capacity to meet the camper/s needs. This includes behavioral or psychological challenges.
2. Camper age range: 8 – 15 years. Physical examinations are required prior to arrival at camp. Failure to comply with physical examination requirement will bar admittance to camp.

Camp Atwater is compliant with “Christian Law” (Massachusetts General Law c. 111 §127a1⁄2)

  • All campers are tested for swimming proficiency level.
  • Any camper that is deemed a non-swimmer (self-identified or by swim test results) will be provided with an approved personal floatation device (PFD). If a parent/guardian brings an approved PFD they prefer to use, we will accommodate their wishes.

 

Camp Atwater is licensed with the North Brookfield Board of Health and compliant with 105cmr430.000.
